A good friend of ours Lee LeFever has put together a pretty great explanation of RSS for the average people called RSS in Plain English.
I love the use of lo-fi elements—paper cutouts, white boarding and hand gestures—to briefly introduce a technology to people that might be totally foreign to them. It helps that it is pretty funny too.
While certainly not the most lo-fi project I’ve seen, it shows that a good idea doesn’t always have to be hi-fi.
